Return & Refund

RETURN POLICY

Customers are eligible to initiate a return of full priced items within 14 days of receiving their order.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Items that are returned otherwise, may be rejected and returned to the customer at the cost of the customer. 

Items that do not meet these standards may be declined and returned to the customer at their expense.

Please note that while complimentary worldwide shipping is extended on all purchases, customers who choose to return an item will be responsible for:

• The cost of the return shipment
  
• The cost of the initial shipment, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
  

The deduction will reflect our standard shipping rate in effect at the time of purchase.

REFUND POLICY

Please allow up to five business days from the time your return reaches our warehouse for your return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

Berkeley does not reimburse duties or taxes paid at the time of purchase.

Berkeley reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not comply with the conditions or procedures outlined above. In the instance your item is not accepted, it will be returned back to you.
