Return & Refund

RETURN POLICY

All customers are eligible to initiate a return of full-priced items within 14 days of receiving their order.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that are returned otherwise, may be rejected and returned to the customer at the cost of the customer. 

Berkeley does not provide return labels, and it is the responsibility of the customer to return the order using a shipping method of their choice.

 

REFUND

Please allow up to 5 business days once your return shipment reaches our warehouse for your return to be processed and your refund to be issued. 

Berkeley does not refund duties and taxes paid.


Berkeley reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not comply with the guidelines and process as stated above. In the instance your item is not accepted, it will be returned back to you.
